The Hjälmaren Runt 2026 and Örebro Gravel 2026 showcase the region's mixed-terrain riding through forests and lake passages; Storstenshöjden extends the challenge to 168km for endurance cyclists. Trail and ultra runners use the forested plateaus south and east of the city centre—Gallaberget Trailrun and Silverleden Ultra are the anchor events—while Blodomloppet Örebro runs locally on fast ground.
