Courses de Half Marathon près de Arkoma

Le Jim Rowland FCA River Valley Run, il part et il arrive au The Bakery District, en plein centre-ville de Fort Smith, Arkansas. Le point de ralliement est juste à côté du The Bakery, sur 6th et 7th Streets. C'est une course sur route organisée par la FCA, et tu as trois distances au choix : 5k, 10k et le half marathon. C'est la 19ème édition cette année. Ils font un départ échelonné, toutes les courses partent le matin et c'est fini avant midi. Le parcours, il est accessible à tout le monde, des jeunes de 8-10 ans jusqu'aux coureurs de 70 ans et plus. Il y a des récompenses pour les trois premiers, hommes et femmes, dans chaque catégorie d'âge. Tous ceux qui finissent auront une médaille de finisher. The Gobbler 5K, 10K & Half Marathon is a US Road Running event held in Fort Smith, Arkansas, starting at 7200 Zero Street. It is a morning road race offering three distances, beginning at 8:30 AM. The marathon course crosses historic downtown, adjacent neighborhoods, paved trails, and undulating terrain featuring significant climbs and descents. The half marathon follows the marathon route initially, diverging around mile 7.5, and reconnecting near mile 9 for the return to the finish. Relay teams divide the marathon into five segments, each approximately 4.5 to 6.3 miles long, with individual elevation changes. Pre-race amenities include coffee, donuts, packet pickup, and a shakeout run. Post-race, participants receive food, can review results, and awards for the full and half marathons are distributed.
