The course consists of asphalt, utilizing repeating out-and-back loops from a single start area. Parking is available by the baseball fields, with restrooms located near the start/finish line. The 5K covers the loop twice, the 10K covers it four times, and the half marathon completes its longer out-and-back course six times. All events have a 3-hour-30-minute time limit. Finishers will receive medals, and there will be an award for best costume. Runners can also accumulate points for the US Road Running series.

The Mullets & Mustaches Run begins at Bell Tower Shops on a Movember morning, with the 5K starting at 8:00 AM. Participants can choose from three options: a chip-timed 5K, a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and a Pizza Mile. The Pizza Mile is the unique attraction: runners eat pizza before completing short loops outside Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, the race partner. Le Cape Coral Police Athletic League Turkey Tag 5K est un 5K et un 1-mile fun run qui a lieu à Rotary Park, Cape Coral, Florida, à l'occasion de Thanksgiving. La GCR Thanksgiving Race, c'est le matin de Thanksgiving, en plein centre-ville de Naples, Florida. Au programme : un 5K course/marche, une marche de 1-mile, et des courses gratuites pour les enfants sur 1K et 100 yards. Le départ de la course principale se fait sur 5th Avenue, depuis la zone événementielle près du 755 8th Ave S. Les marcheurs partent avec le peloton principal. Si tu t'inscris (et paies), tu auras un t-shirt, et tous les finishers reçoivent une médaille. Attention, pas d'inscription le jour J. Le parcours traverse le centre-ville de Naples et reste ouvert pendant 90 minutes. Ton chrono, avec la puce, se déclenche quand tu passes la ligne de départ. Pour l'option 1-mile, il y a un demi-tour si tu ne veux pas faire le 5K complet. Les marcheurs, poussettes et chiens doivent se placer plutôt à l'arrière au départ. Les courses enfants sont gratuites pour les 1-18 ans (le 1K) et les 1-9 ans (le 100 Yard Dash) ; les parents doivent les inscrire pour la décharge de responsabilité, et les enfants n'ont pas de t-shirt. La course est au profit de St. Matthew's House et de son fonds de développement jeunesse et de bourses. Tu peux aussi apporter des denrées non périssables au retrait des dossards ou sur la zone de course.
