The Wicked Way 5K is an evening Halloween fun run in Logan, Utah, starting from Willow Park. It is a 5K with a separate kids' run of about half a mile, and the whole event emphasizes Halloween, not treating costumes as an afterthought. Participants can enter a costume contest, get face painting, and pass trick-or-treat stops on a decorated trail. The 5K follows the Logan River Trail from Willow Park to Rendezvous Park and back, while the kids' run loops around the field near the Willow Park stage. Wicked Way is also the second event in the Holiday Racing Series, and it is part of Logan's local running scene of trail and road races around Cache Valley.

The Ogden Santa Run is a 5K in Historic Downtown Ogden and the original race in the Utah Santa Runs series. It is the largest event in the series, run just before the Ogden Holiday Light Parade, tying the race to the city’s holiday night rather than a standalone morning run. The route goes down Washington Boulevard, with runners in the Santa suits they receive as part of entry. Milk-and-cookie aid stations replace the usual sports-drink setup, volunteers dress as elves, and music plays along the course from start to finish.

The Jolly Jog 5K is a holiday fun run and toy drive held at The Wharf Fort Lauderdale. The 5K follows a festive waterfront route. Participants are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy as part of their entry. The event supports HANDY, making the toy drive a central aspect. Following the run, attendees can join a holiday afterparty at The Wharf. Finishers will receive a complimentary post-race drink. Registration offers both free and premium ticket choices.
