The Lehigh Valley Turkey Trot is a post-Thanksgiving 5K and fun walk held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It begins at Luckenbach Mill on Old York Road. The Leftovers Run is a free post-Thanksgiving fun run in Corpus Christi, offering 5K and 10K distances starting from Water's Edge Park. State Representative Todd Hunter sponsors this easy holiday-weekend race, allowing local runners to participate without an entry fee. The course follows the Corpus Christi bayfront, providing a flat, coastal route near the water. The 5K features overall male and female awards, masters awards, and five-year age-group awards.
