15th Annual YWCA GLO & GO 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk. 2026

YWCA GLO & GO is a 5K run and 2-mile walk held at Cole Park Amphitheater in Corpus Christi, Texas. The event takes place on a Friday evening in October, with opening ceremonies before an 8 p.m. start. It is designed as a community fun run, not exclusively for competitive runners. Runners, walkers, those with strollers, children, seniors, and pets are welcome. A Couch Potato registration is available for supporters who wish to receive the event shirt without participating in the course. Participants are encouraged to bring glow sticks to light up the night. Chip timing is used for awards given to top finishers. The YWCA Fun Run began in 2012 and benefits the YWCA's mission and programs, including efforts to eliminate racism and empower women.
