2026 Colony Grill 'Hot Oil' 5K

The Colony Grill "Hot Oil" 5K is an annual 5K race in downtown Fairfield, starting at 1520 Post Road. This family-friendly road race is connected to Veterans Day, with proceeds benefiting those who serve and protect. Fairfield University is a key sponsor. Its student-athletes, cheer team, dance team, and other students participate in the race-day crowd or assist with the event. The Starbucks at the Fairfield University Store opens early.
