BadgerPalooza 2026

BadgerPalooza uses a straightforward yet demanding format: complete a 5K at the start of each hour for 24 hours. The full race consists of 24 individual 5Ks, totaling 74.4 miles, held at Autumn Lake Winery in Williamstown, New Jersey. The 24-hour event begins Friday evening, with 12-hour and 6-hour races commencing on Saturday. Relay teams, including two-person setups for the entire 24 hours, can also share the distance. Each lap takes place on the winery grounds, crossing hard-packed dirt trails, grass, sand, and loose soil. The course loops around two lakes and passes through the vineyard, potentially incorporating stairs, making it more than a simple flat path. The event proceeds regardless of weather, adding the surface conditions to the challenge. Solo ultrarunners, relay participants, and those opting for shorter durations all adhere to the same hourly schedule.
