Care4 Breast Cancer Hybrid 5K

The Care4 Breast Cancer Hybrid 5K is a run/walk held at Woodstock North High School in Woodstock, Illinois. It offers both an in-person event and a virtual option for those who wish to organize their own Care4 event. The main 5K is for participants aged 12 and older. A separate Kids Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is available for ages 5 to 11, which includes a shirt and a timing bib. The race benefits the Family Health Partnership Clinic. All proceeds remain local, assisting uninsured individuals with early breast cancer detection, diagnosis, preventative care, and education. The event focuses on survivors, those currently battling breast cancer, and remembering loved ones lost. Teams are welcome, and participants are encouraged to wear pink, with tutus being a common sight.
