Cheesy Pretzel 5K and 1 Mile Walk

The Cheesy Pretzel 5K and 1 Mile Walk begins at The Promenade Bolingbrook in Bolingbrook, Illinois. A certified 5K is available for runners, and a shorter untimed walk is offered for those seeking a low-pressure option. A key feature is the food: all registered 5K runners and 1-mile walkers receive Pretzel Bites and Cheese upon completion. The 5K route follows The Promenade Bolingbrook and adjacent neighborhoods, while the 1-mile walk remains within The Promenade property. Walkers and strollers are permitted; stroller riders can participate without charge, though they will not receive a shirt or medal. Registered runners must be at least five years old. The initial 550 registrants will receive a long-sleeve moisture-wicking shirt and a Cheesy Pretzel finisher medal, with shirt sizes allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
