Color Blaze Run 2026

The Color Blaze Run is an untimed 5k run/walk focused on getting covered in color rather than chasing a finish time. It begins in the morning, welcomes all ages, and provides each participant with a t-shirt, a grab bag, and an individual color packet. The event is designed for walkers and runners seeking a relaxed, messy charity outing instead of a competitive race. T-shirts are guaranteed, although late signups might receive a generic shirt. All proceeds benefit the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City, supporting efforts against childhood cancer.
