Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon, Half Marathon, Relays, 5k and Kids Run 2027

The Covenant Health Knoxville race weekend takes place at World’s Fair Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. The main races start in the morning, while shorter community events are scheduled for the evening prior. Participants can select from a marathon, half marathon, 5K, relay, or Kids Run, accommodating full-distance runners, families, and those seeking a shorter race objective. The relay is offered in 2-person and 4-person configurations, allowing teams to divide the marathon distance. Wheelchair and handcycle athletes begin just before the marathon, half marathon, and relay races. The Knoxville Track Club is the organizer for this event, their primary race weekend.
