The 44th annual 10K and 5K run through Starr Pass offers mountain foothills scenery and basin views. A Cinco de Mayo Celebration follows, with a live mariachi band. For children: a Sombrero-Topped Kids Race, Piñata, and Water Balloon Toss, plus the free FitKidz 1 mile race. Dr. Gann’s Diet of Hope Cinco de Mayo race participants receive a finisher medal, technical shirt, and breakfast burrito from Amelia's Mexican Kitchen, plus pastries, Eegees, and a Celsius energy drink.
