The Fleet Feet Monte Sano 15K is an HTC race using a 15K loop that begins at Monte Sano United Methodist Church. The course follows nearby neighborhood streets, and USA Track and Field has certified the distance. This race also functions as an RRCA Southern Region Championship Race, meaning the results carry significance beyond the local participants. Both men and women compete for championship awards across open, 40+, 50+, and 60+ age groups, providing the event with a distinct age-group framework alongside its overall competition.
