Hot Girl Summer 5K Challenge 2026

The Hot Girl Summer 5K Challenge is a virtual 5K that runners and walkers can complete from anywhere, at any time, and at any pace. It is designed for flexibility: you choose the route, the day, and whether the 5K is a run, walk, or something in between. There is no fixed course, so the event can happen on a neighborhood loop, a treadmill, a park path, or wherever 5K fits into the day. Participants receive a downloadable race bib, can use an optional calendar to join others, and can earn a medal plus a certificate after finishing.
