Close to home, this bikepacking intro offers low stress and high reward. Ride trails and quiet roads to Seven Lakes State Park. Stop at Cook's Farm Dairy for ice cream, to see the cows, and pet a calf. The evening brings a camp cookout with a campfire and sweet treats. Sunday starts with coffee and snacks, then a visit to Crust Coffee and Bakery, and later, mac and cheese from the Union before an easy ride back.
