Jingle Bell 5K

The Jingle Bell 5K is a December 5K run in Shelby Township, Michigan. It begins at 9:00 a.m. from the Burgess-Shadbush Nature Center at the Ryan Road entrance. This is the 16th annual edition of the race, which costs $35 per person and uses the Nature Center area as both the start and finish point. The event is a mass-start road race. Trophies are awarded to the overall male and female winners, masters winners, and senior masters winners. Medals go to the top three runners in each age group. Proceeds from the event support Penrickton Center for Blind Children, Macomb County Special Olympics, Cat Tail Acres, Great Lakes Burn Center, and K9 Rescue.
