TRI KNOX again? The K-Town on the River Triathlons offer various distances, including options for Clydesdales, Athenas, Relays, aquabikes, and Duathlons. The sprint features a DOWNSTREAM 300 meter swim, followed by a bike ride up Island Home exploring South Knoxville scenery. The run takes you along the riverside through the historic Island Home neighborhood onto the Will Skelton Greenway. Expect Gently Rolling Hills, but in the shade and along the breezy river, as you cruise back to the finish line in Suttree's boardwalk to celebrate with Knoxville's finest! The longer courses also showcase the beauty of the South Knoxville countryside.
