The LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run begins on the Canton side of the Lake Barkley Bridge, sending runners west toward Kentucky Lake through the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area. This 13.6-mile October trail race offers solo entries and two- and three-person relay options.
The course starts with 3.6 paved miles on Highway 80, then transitions to 8.2 miles of winding woodland trail featuring packed gravel and moderate elevation changes. The final 1.8 miles return to pavement, cross the Kentucky Lake Bridge, and finish just west of Kentucky Lake. The two-person relay's exchange point is at Golden Pond Visitor Center, approximately 7.4 miles from the start.
