Merry Mitchmas sends runners around the Mitch Park Rec Trail in Edmond, Oklahoma, on a holiday-season race day featuring 5K and 10K options. Red Coyote Running organizes the event at Mitch Park, 1501 W Covell Road, offering a 3.1-mile race for one loop or a 6.2-mile race for two loops.
The course runs clockwise through Mitch Park on gently rolling terrain, suitable for newer runners, regular local runners, and families. The event is Red Coyote Running’s largest and most popular race of the year, including a half-mile kids dash, a post-race hot cocoa bar, and an opportunity to meet Santa after the run.
