The Mount Wilson Trail, home to one of California's oldest races (first run in 1908), hosts this 8.6 mile trail running event. The course runs from Kersting Court to Orchard Camp and back, featuring over 2,160 feet of elevation gain on the original path. This path was first used by the Gabrielino Indians and dug out by Benjamin Don Benito Wilson in 1864. Participation supports the Fletcher Trail Maintenance Fund.
