My Resolution 5K & 10K

The My Resolution 5K & 10K is a New Year's race held at Arena Park in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, offering 2K, 5K, and 10K distances. It accommodates both walkers and runners; the shorter distance is suitable for families or casual participation, while the 5K and 10K provide a flat course for those aiming for a fast time. The course is contained within Arena Park and extends onto the LaCroix Trail, with the start and finish located at 410 Kiwanis Drive. The event benefits myTEAM TRIUMPH, contributing significantly to funding fitness opportunities for local individuals with disabilities. All participants who finish will receive medals, age-group awards will be presented to the top three in each category, and a virtual option allows participants to run or walk remotely and receive a medal by mail.
