Pace and Pedal Event

Black River Falls sets the stage for a compelling duathlon, blending the raw challenge of a trail run with the speed of a road bike. This event offers a multi-sport experience for those who appreciate diverse terrain and the unique demands of a combined race. Participants can enter as a Duathlon Single Participant or as a Duathlon Male/Male Team. The course begins with a demanding 4.7-mile trail run, immersing runners in the natural landscape before transitioning to the cycling leg. Racers then tackle a 10.5-mile bike on paved roads, providing a different test of endurance and skill. Bike racks will be available for smooth transitions between the disciplines.
