À propos de cette course
Punch Out Ultra is an 8-hour trail race held on a private high-fence deer ranch in Molino, Florida. The course consists of a 4.2-mile loop where participants continue until the 8-hour mark. Runners can compete as solo entrants, in four-person teams, or in a ruck division requiring a 20 lb weight. This is a cupless race; all participants must carry their own hydration vessel.
The route features pine-needle trails, sandy dirt roads, and grass, with mild elevation changes. Laps are officially counted only when a runner crosses the start/finish line, with each completed lap marked by a hole punch on the bib. A full aid station is located at the start/finish, with water available at the turnaround point. Wildlife sightings are common on the ranch. Completing seven laps, or 28 miles, earns a finisher challenge coin. Awards are presented to top teams, individuals, and ruckers. A free short kids race for ages 3 to 12 is also part of the event.
