Le Run On The Rocks te propose un parcours super rapide et tout plat le long du Towpath. Le Towpath est ouvert au public et aux cyclistes, donc on te déconseille les écouteurs.
Il y a des récompenses prévues pour les catégories Risers (54 ans et moins) et Masters (55 ans et plus). Tous les participants reçoivent une médaille de finisher et un t-shirt. Par contre, pas d'inscription possible le jour de la course.
