The second annual Sole to City Half Marathon & 2 Mile Walk/Run will take place in Youngstown and Boardman. Organized by the Youngstown Marathon Foundation, the event's theme is "Spanning the Need" and "YOU," benefiting Rock Steady Boxing - Boardman and other local charities.
