The Equalizer Gravel Race begins and ends at Racers Village in Marthasville, Missouri. Onsite camping is available the night before, with the race starting at 7:30 AM. Participants can select either a 50K or 100K gravel loop. The 50K route has approximately 1,800 feet of climbing, and the 100K route has approximately 4,100 feet of climbing. Both distances cover the initial five miles together before diverging. Support includes aid stations, checkpoints, sag bag service, and roaming sag support.
The course features a blend of quick road sections, limestone gravel, creek crossings, and undulating countryside near Marthasville and Warrenton. The 50K route incorporates a five-mile out-and-back section with multiple creek crossings. The 100K route utilizes the complete Equalizer loop through Warrenton, with two aid station stops. This race is suitable for road cyclists seeking speed and gravel riders desiring technical challenges, concluding with a cyclocross-style finish back at Racers Village. The event also offers a complimentary short-course recon ride, dinner, post-race food and music, podium photos, an Equalizer Black T-shirt, age-group and overall awards, and two race-day Strava KOM/QOM segment prizes.
