The streets west of the Toledo Zoo provide a genuine road-race feel before the course returns through Tembo Trail to finish in the Main Plaza. The Toledo Zoo Dart Frog Dash offers a family-friendly morning that accommodates both runners seeking a "competitive 5K race" and participants preferring a "relaxed 5K walk."
The Kids' Fun Run begins at the Splash Pad and concludes by the Koi pond near the Aquarium. The "inclusive Zoo For All Walk" remains "within the safety of Zoo grounds." Participants, including parents, children, walkers, runners, and support crews, will navigate familiar zoo landmarks such as Blade Plaza and the Polar Bear fountain.
