Le marathon part d'au-dessus de Rock Port et le half marathon de The Gorge à Rockport Lane. L'arrivée pour les deux courses est à l'Outdoor Center à Lehighton.
Ce parcours longe la Lehigh River en suivant le D & L Trail, avec un dénivelé négatif constant. C'est un parcours rapide, qui est voué à devenir un classique de la côte Est, ce qui en fait un parcours idéal pour se qualifier pour Boston et pour faire un PR.
