Wild Moose Chase is a trail race held on the Riverside State Park trails near Spokane. It offers 25K, 10K, and 5K distances, along with a Kids Fun Run. The race takes place in the fall, and a virtual option is available for participants outside the immediate area.
The in-person courses follow park trails, providing views of the Spokane River and autumn foliage. This event is a local favorite among Spokane runners and has been recognized as a top trail run in the Pacific Northwest. It also benefits students in Eastern Washington University's Department of Physical Therapy.
