Yellowstone Independence Day 5k 2026

Sacajawea Park, beside the Yellowstone River, hosts the 3rd annual fun run/walk fundraiser. This community event supports wellness through running/walking and local youth cross country teams. The gathering promotes running/walking for people of all ages, making it an outing for families and individuals. Racers can expect a chip timed experience from Muddy Dog Sports, with a water aid station approximately halfway through the course. Participants are encouraged to wear patriotic attire and decorate strollers for a chance to win a prize, adding to the holiday cheer. Post-race, all runners will be entered in for raffle prizes, and snacks will be provided. Dogs are not allowed in Sacajawea Park.
