Herzlauf Salzburg

Herzlauf Salzburg is an evening charity run in Obertrum am See, a lakeside town in the Salzburg-Umgebung district. Races begin and end at Trumerplatz, near the tourism office. The program features short distances: 1.8 km, 3.6 km, and 7.2 km runs, along with a 3.6 km Nordic Walking option. The event welcomes all participants, from walkers and novice runners to experienced club athletes. The schedule begins with a group warm-up. The shorter race, middle-distance run, and Nordic Walking start next, followed by the 7.2 km runners. Verein(t) NATUR & MENSCH organizes this Salzburg event in the Herzlauf series. All entry fees support Herzkinder Österreich, aiding children with heart conditions. The event’s motto means: “Take care of your heart and run for mine.”
