The City-Bay Fun Run is a South Australian road event in Adelaide, where runners, walkers, and wheelchair participants travel from the city centre to Glenelg. It takes place in September and offers several distances: 3km, 6km, 12km, and a half marathon. This allows beginners to select a short option while faster runners can aim for a quick time on the flatter roads.
The main route goes along King William Road from the CBD, passing suburbs like Unley and Hyde Park before finishing at Wigley & Colley Reserve, close to Glenelg Beach. Volunteers, water stations, and first aid support the course. The finish area features a post-race Village. Public transport is recommended on race day, with dedicated services provided for participants.
