10 km Université Laval 2026

The 10 km Université Laval is a road race held in September at PEPS de l'Université Laval in Québec City, Quebec, Canada. The start and finish lines are located on De la Terrasse Street. Organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme in collaboration with Groupe Défis, it is the second oldest race organized in Quebec and the oldest sporting event at Université Laval. The event features 800 m, 1.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km races. The 800 m and 1.5 km distances are open to all participants. It draws runners aiming for fast finishing times. Trophies are presented to the top three finishers in the 8-and-under 800 m race and the 12-and-under 1.5 km race. The event also supports a fundraising goal.
