Běhej lesy Jizerská is a late-August mountain running event held in Bedřichov, Jizerské hory, in the Liberec Region of northern Czechia. It is part of the Běhej lesy series and offers runners several options: a 50 km race, a 23 km half-marathon-style option, an 11 km race, and a 5 km run. The longest distance has an 8-hour time limit, while the shorter races have limits from 2 to 3 hours, accommodating both serious endurance runners and those preferring a shorter forest race.
The routes utilize the paths of the Jizerská 50 cross-country ski race, adapting a winter tradition to a summer running event. The course surface is varied: approximately 60% asphalt, 20% gravel forest roads, and 20% concrete panels with gravel. The organiser describes the terrain as not demanding. The 50 km race is noted in some results as 47.4 km with 841 metres of elevation gain, and one recent edition saw 467 finishers for that distance. The broader Jizerská 50 programme also features ski races, shorter runs, a children's event, a company relay, historic skiers, a charity component, and the Memoriál Expedice Peru 1970.
