Mistrovství světa veteránů v dlouhém horském běhu is the long-distance race at the World Masters Mountain Running Championships in Janské Lázně, a spa town in the Krkonoše foothills of the Czech Republic. It is a 21 km mountain race, listed as a half marathon, and it is for masters age categories rather than an open mass field.
The long race is held between two other championship events in the same mountain-running week: an uphill race and an up/downhill race. The organizer is Maratonstav tělovýchovná jednota Úpice. Runners require membership in a national federation under WMRA rules, so the field consists of qualified masters athletes representing their federations.
