The Crailsheimer Halbmarathon is a running event held in late June in Crailsheim, located in the Schwäbisch Hall district of Baden-Württemberg. It features a hilly half marathon, a 10.6 km race, and a three-person half-marathon relay. All races begin and conclude at Badwiesen 1. The half marathon is a single loop covering approximately 180 meters of elevation gain and loss, while the 10.6 km race follows a shorter, hilly loop with about 90 meters of climbing and descent.
The course winds through natural scenery and three towns, with shared sections between the half marathon and 10.6 km routes. The relay race spans the full 21.0975 km, with handoffs occurring at the 7.3 km and 13.1 km marks, dividing the distance into three unequal legs. The event has taken place annually since 2019. The half marathon is open to adults, the 10.6 km race to runners aged 14 and up, and relay participants from age 12. All finishers are awarded medals, certificates are published online, and prizes are given to top individual runners, the best male, female, and mixed relay teams, and the club, company, or running group with the most participants.
