Crow Mountain Survival is an obstacle run in Bremen, featuring racing focused on mud, water, uneven terrain, and hands-on challenges rather than just continuous running. It takes place in September and provides multiple formats, ranging from a short, untimed 2.5 km introductory run to more challenging options, alongside junior and inclusive runs covering approximately 1,200 m.
The course crosses forests, meadows, asphalt, and sand, ensuring frequent changes in footing. Participants will crawl, climb, balance, swing, and navigate both natural and constructed obstacles, with certain sections remaining undisclosed until race day. Water is a significant element of the event, including a passage across the Werdersee, which incorporates a local Bremen landmark and presents a cold, challenging test.
