Leipzig Run

The Leipzig Run begins at the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, a large monument on Leipzig's southeast side, launching runners from a historic city location. This autumn road race offers a 10k, a half marathon, and children's races, suitable for novice runners, families, relay teams, and those aiming for personal bests. The half marathon can be completed individually or as part of a relay, and the 10k provides a shorter distance during the same race weekend. The course crosses the former battlefields of the 1813 Battle of Leipzig, with the Völkerschlachtdenkmal visible near the start.
