CaixaBank 10K Zaragoza is a road race held in central Zaragoza in late October, featuring a companion 5K that begins earlier in the morning. The 10K is the primary event, restricted to participants over 18. It attracts a substantial field for a popular Spanish race, with recent editions recording approximately 5,000 finishers in the 10K and a total of 6,200 athletes across both distances.
The race route crosses central Zaragoza, concluding at Plaza del Pilar, a principal public square. It also holds the Gran Premio El Corte Inglés designation and has a long history. The newer 5K offers a shorter alternative for less experienced runners. Notably, the 5K achieved gender parity for the first time, with 600 women and 600 men participating.
