Camille Extreme is a 32 km mountain race held in Isaba, Navarrese Pyrenees. It features 2,044 m of elevation gain and begins early in the morning. First run in 2005, the race is organized by Asociación Deportiva de Isaba - Izabako Kirol Elkartea. To better suit the rugged mountain environment, the field is limited to 600 participants, avoiding a large mass start.
The primary course ascends Mount Ezkaurre, reaching 2,047 m before descending over technical, rocky terrain on the Ezkaurre massif. This event is suited for participants skilled in steep ascents, exposed mountain environments, and cautious descents, rather than purely fast trail running. Its past includes hosting Euskal Herria and Spanish championship races, attracting a mix of local mountain runners and competitive athletes drawn by the challenge.
