The course features a blend of dirt roads, trails, and narrow singletrack, presenting moderate technical challenges distinct from a road race.
The route incorporates the hills and scenic overlooks near Corbera, fostering a strong connection between the race and the town. Approximately 4,000 individuals participate, including runners, their companions, volunteers, local organizations, and spectators. The community's involvement in the race's organization, encouragement, and support is consistently highlighted. Local athletes have frequently performed well, with the main race podium recently featuring exclusively runners from Corbera. The event also supports social causes, with past editions benefiting organizations like SAVE SIGHT NOW EUROPE (for Usher Syndrome) and Esclat Grup Social, which includes an honorary start for its participants before the main races.
