The Cros de Tordera is a 5 km non-competitive cross-country race held in Parc Prudenci Bertrana in Tordera, near Barcelona, typically on an autumn Saturday morning. It is a component of the Circuit Maresmenc de Cros, a nine-race series in the Maresme region organized by Gesport and the Consell Esportiu del Maresme, with backing from local municipal governments.
The race takes place entirely within Parc Prudenci Bertrana. The park’s distinctive landscape and ground conditions lend it a genuine cross-country character rather than resembling a road race. Approximately 600 to 700 participants are anticipated, with both running clubs and independent athletes encouraged to attend. The director of Gesport notes it as the circuit race most desired by participants. Runners in the circuit have the option to use a single registration for any of the nine events, retaining the same chip bib for each competition.
