Tenerguera Trail 2027

The Tenerguera Trail is a short mountain race in El Molledo, Santiago del Teide, Tenerife. It begins and ends at El Molledo Plaza Pública, starting at 10:00 AM. Runners will cover 8 km of trail at the base of El Teide. The race format is straightforward: individuals and pairs compete on the same compact course. Entry fees are 16 euros for solo participants and 32 euros for pairs. The route, though short, includes a 405 m elevation gain, ascending from approximately 703 m to 978 m above sea level. Participants will navigate volcanic trails and rural terrain in the island's southwest. The course features one aid station and a cutoff time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Organized by the Bomberos de Santiago del Teide and the Ayuntamiento de Santiago del Teide, the event has a local character, distinct from large commercial trail races.
