Course nature pascal konecny - Saint-Dizier 2026

The Pascal Konecny Course Nature begins on the athletics track at Charles-Jacquin stadium in Saint-Dizier, leading runners and walkers toward the Val forest. COSD Athlétisme organizes this event in memory of Pascal Konecny, a former club president, offering 6 km and 12 km options for nature running, walking, and Nordic walking, alongside an 800 m race for young participants. The route starts with a lap inside the stadium before heading onto forest paths, giving the race a feel closer to a local club event than a large-scale road race. Students and staff from Lycée Saint-Exupéry participate, honoring Konecny’s connection to the school, with the lycée’s chef preparing the food at the finish. This event is also part of the Pascal Konecny Challenge, which includes the 10 km of Saint-Dizier and the Marathon du Der. A recent edition attracted close to 200 participants.
