About
Kewenn Gravel Marche VTT is a local off-road cycling and walking event in Quéven, held in October by the Club Cyclo de Quéven. It offers participants a choice of routes: five mountain-bike circuits, two gravel circuits, and three walking circuits. The VTT options range from approximately 20 km to 68 km, the gravel routes are medium and long, and the walks are 8, 10, and 15 km. Registration is on-site in the morning, with modest entry fees and free participation for younger children in some categories.
The start is at local sports halls in Quéven, including the Salle du Ronquédo and the Gymnase de Kerlebert on Rue de Gestel, placing the event on the edge of town. The club prepares the trails beforehand, clearing and finishing the VTT and walking circuits. Support is provided: the mountain-bike routes have multiple refreshment points, with separate support for walkers and gravel riders. The finish includes a drink, snacks, showers, and sanitary facilities. The event is at least into its 15th edition, serving as a club-run regional fixture for mountain bikers, gravel riders, walkers, families, and licensed or non-licensed participants.
