La Cadurcienne is a 6 km run and walk for women in Cahors, where hundreds of participants move through the city streets each year in pink. It begins on a Sunday morning from Place Francois Mitterrand, costs EUR10 to enter, and maintains a non-competitive atmosphere: there is no timing and no ranking.
The event is organized by the Extrapédestres club, founded in 1985, which brings together running, walking, and nature enthusiasts. Runners and walkers share the same 6 km distance. Participation supports the fight against breast cancer, with funds directed to research, prevention, and support for affected women. Registration and T-shirt collection occur at Espace Valentré before the start.
