La Foulée des Mots

La Foulée des Mots is a solidarity race held in Arc-sur-Tille, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. The event takes place in November and features short trail distances. Participants can opt for a 10 km or 5 km run, or a 5 km walk. This setup accommodates both those seeking a race and those wishing to support the cause at a more relaxed pace. The inaugural edition took place around the Lac d'Arc-sur-Tille. Traces de Vies organizes the event, aiming to raise awareness for hospital biography, a cause focused on assisting patients in recounting and preserving their life narratives. The race is noted as the first event established to support hospital biography, with boxer Bilel Latreche acting as its patron.
