Nordic'Trail 2026

The Nordic'Trail takes place in mid-July in La Bresse, a mountain town in the Vosges region of Grand Est, France. This summer trail-running event offers four formats: a 10 km trail for beginners, a 20 km trail for more experienced runners, a 42 km mountain marathon, and a 10 km Nordic walk for those preferring a steadier pace. The routes traverse the heights and trails of the Ténine Nordic domain, an area typically associated with winter sports. Even the 10 km trail involves a 500-meter climb, demanding significant uphill effort. The event was established to showcase the mountain paths around La Bresse and maintain activity in the area outside the ski season. It attracts trail runners, walkers, first-timers, and seasoned mountain runners seeking the Vosges terrain: forest tracks, open ridges, and valley views.
