Pévèle Trail is a trail-running event in Fretin, in the Nord department of Hauts-de-France, south of Lille. It takes place in early November and features two main distances: 18 km and 33 km. The 18 km race is the more popular option, with over 700 participants in the last edition, while the 33 km race had more than 200 runners.
The routes are not mountain trails; the 18 km course includes approximately 70 meters of elevation gain, and the 33 km course has about 100 meters. The challenge focuses on pace, footing, and managing autumn conditions rather than significant elevation. The 33 km race can be completed individually or as a three-person relay, offering teams a way to enter the longer distance. The 18 km race holds a departmental designation, and the 33 km race has a regional designation. GPX files are provided for those wishing to examine the 18 km route beforehand.
